Ric has more than twenty one years experience leading and working in teams in the Australian Defence Force. He has worked on United Nations Peacekeeping missions, led teams on active service on three occasions, achieved major unit command, and been recognised with Australian and American military decorations. Ric is assisted by a small and diverse team of associates from the worlds of music, science, business and sport who provide a diversity of skills and team experience from their own professional backgrounds.
